Kiln Enamel: Bloom Wall Plaques

You may recall the name, as Kiln's snakeskin plates were featured in this month's issue of Domino magazine. This small Brooklyn based company, owned by an amazingly talented husband + wife team, create beautiful sculptures, jewelry, mobiles, tableware, and home decorative objects like the "Bloom" wall placques (shown in photo). Four in the collection, each measuring 3" x 6", they would look gorgeous arranged over a teak buffet or mounted in your entry way. Made with enamel mounted on wood with hangers, each placque is $60 and in my opinion, well worth it for something handmade by an artist.
