SO!!!! That’s BIG News! I’ve been working this year on developing a PRINT magazine with LIVING AT HOME that will premiere with issue one on newsstands January 24, 2019. To say this is a dream come true is an understatement. With over 6,000 blog posts written and hundreds of magazine and newspaper articles I’ve penned, and 4 books in multiple languages, and after slews of podcasts and videos for over 8,000 students in my online classes since 2009, I figured the magazine is the one thing I’ve been trying to do since 2011 that just hasn’t happened yet. I tried it America multiple times because the fit was never right. It almost happened in 2012 but a UK magazine stole my concept after multiple meetings with me, and did it without me because it was cheaper than paying me for my idea and work

Today, I thought I’d share a few of my favorite things at the moment that make me feel good, and they are all from the recent fair I went to in Denmark, called FORMLAND. Have you heard of it? Ready to be totally inspired today? I first found Stylist and Blogger Svenja Brücker through blogging and her Instagram, and simply had to invite her to decor8 for a home tour and to speak about her life and style which she describes as, "Airy, light and with love for the detail!". Svenja, who writes Traumzuhause, is German living in Vienna for a little over two years and has a fantastic city apartment that is very modern and minimalist. She works freelance as a blogger and interior stylist and occasionally decorates residential spaces.
