THE NEXT MOVE is a private, focused strategy experience for people with creative businesses who have already built something meaningful but need an experienced person to step inside their world, look at everything with fresh eyes, and help them see what should come next.

You need a tell it like it is intelligent conversation with someone who understands creative people and the many ways we build and expand them. I’ve been a one woman show since the beginning yet I’ve consistently earned and continued to earn and grow, two decades later. If I can do it, so can you. All we need is to find your Next Move.

What we can explore together

You may have several ideas in mind, wondering which one has the most potential for success. I’m guessing you’ve outgrown the way you currently describe yourself, but you don’t yet know how to position the person you’re becoming. Perhaps you want to create a course, develop a new offer, write a book, develop a new product line, strengthen your brand, become more visible, or finally make money from something you’ve been doing for years.

Or maybe everything looks perfectly fine from the outside, yet something inside you knows it no longer fits.

During our time together, we can look at your positioning, offers, pricing, content, creative direction, audience, visibility, and the ideas you cannot stop thinking about. We’ll discuss what’s working, what feels heavy, what you may have outgrown, and where I see the strongest possibilities for you.

What’s included

Before we meet, in person or online, I’ll send you a questionnaire to understand where you are, what you’ve built, and what still feels a bit unclear. You can also send me the most relevant parts of your world—your website, offers, social media, portfolio, or the idea you’ve been trying to shape. You can forward me any chats you’ve had with an AI, too.

I’ll spend several hours with your materials before our session. I don’t want you to arrive and spend the first half hour explaining the basics. I want to begin our discussion already familiar with your work and ready to go deeper.

We’ll then meet privately on Zoom for 90 minutes, or in person if you can arrange to meet me in Hannover, Germany. This will be a focused but spacious conversation where you can bring all of the ideas, questions, frustrations, and possibilities that have been circling in your mind.

Afterward, I’ll create your personal Next Move Roadmap: a clear written summary of what I see, what I recommend, and the actions I believe will create the most meaningful movement over the next 90 days.

You’ll also have seven days of private follow-up support with me by voice note on Whatsapp or email. Once the conversation settles and you begin taking action, new questions often surface. You will have space to bring those questions back to me.

I founded decor8 in 2006, and over the past 20 years I’ve built and sustained a creative interiors career across publishing, photography, education, content, product development, and consulting.

I’ve written four internationally bestselling books published in 20 languages, taught more than 10,000 students around the world, created courses and communities, consulted with creative founders, worked with international brands, developed products (like my current rug collection for Tisca) and built an online audience of over a 1.5 million followers that has grown alongside me for two decades.

My own career has never followed one neat, straight line.

I know what it feels like to have many interests and wonder how they belong together. I also know how it feels to outgrow work that once fit beautifully. It can be powerful when the right person looks at everything you’ve created and says, “Here. This is the thread. This is what I see.”

I’m opening only a few private spaces for THE NEXT MOVE for August/September and October. This allows me to give each person’s work the attention and care it deserves. Once the places are filled, I’ll close the offer.
