Hi everyone! I was just in Copenhagen and was able to meet up with Muuto while I was there and really enjoyed pursuing their showroom in the city center. A big bonus was that I was able to see all of the new designs for Fall/Winter 2018/19 before anyone else. Here are a few of my favorites

Seems Scandi design has won the hearts of my fellow American friends quite a lot over the years. The clean lines, the simplicity, the quality, it's quite alluring and I must admit to being a sucker of Scandi design myself. That's why I wanted to talk briefly today about this great company I found who makes gorgeous rugs that won't break the bank, and they're called Nordic Knots (they even ship to the USA for FREE!).

As a fan and follower of Danish interiors firm, Hübsch, I was thrilled today when I read about their brand new "Occasions" collection. Some of my favorites include their herringbone patterned wood console and cabinet and their colorful glass candlestick holders.

When I first laid eyes on the photography of Permanent Press Editions, I was smitten. My favorite collections instantly were the more abstract pieces, particularly Editions 3 (A monochromatic study molds delicate materials in translucent sculptural forms), 5 (Flat botanical prints are reanimated as dimensional geometric compositions), and 6 (Defined by the weightless shells they inhabit, everyday products become luminous, delicate volumes).
